Children's Sunday School
Sunday school meets from 9:50-10:40 Sunday mornings. We currently offer classes for children Pre-kindergarten-kindergarten (3 years-kindergarten), 1-3 grade, and 4-6 grade. Our church also provides classes for both adults and Junior and Senior high school students.The Children’s ministries use Sunday school curriculum produced and published by Great Commission Publications. The curriculum is doctrinally sound, and age appropriate. We provide a Bible lesson and in-class activities, as well as take home lessons.
In 2007 we added Evangelism Explosion (EE) as part of our yearly curriculum as well. Our goal is to give children tools to effectively and naturally explain the gospel to those they meet (whether adults or children). We desire that our children develop a habit of evangelism and feel that EE training meets this goal. EE training is presented yearly as a Sunday school class. The 4-6 grade receives EE training in the winter quarter, and the 1-3 grade class receives training in the spring quarter. EE training requires memorization as well as instruction. The classes are fun and absorbing.
